The Galaxy Note9 is much better than Galaxy Xcover 4S, having an 87.1 score against 73.8. Galaxy Note9's design is a little thinner than Galaxy Xcover 4S, although it is heavier and was released just 11 months before. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with a superior processor than Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4S, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has a greater amount of RAM.

Galaxy Note9 features a sharper screen than Galaxy Xcover 4S, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 2960px, a way greater pixels density and a bigger display. Samsung Galaxy Note9 shoots better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4S, because although it has a way less MP back-facing camera, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture and a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.

The Galaxy Note9 has much more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Xcover 4S, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 512 GB, the Galaxy Note9 also has more internal storage capacity.
