Comparison review

Galaxy XCover Pro has a score of 81, which is slightly better than LG V30's 79.1 general score. Even though Galaxy XCover Pro is much newer than the LG V30, it's extremely heavier and noticeably thicker. LG V30 counts with a bit better performance than Galaxy XCover Pro. Both of them have a Octa-Core CPU and 4 GB of RAM.

The LG V30 features just a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a greater display density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2880. LG V30 features a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a way worse resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a larger camera aperture to capture better low light photos and videos, a much larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a way better (4K) video resolution.

The LG V30 has a superior memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy XCover Pro, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the LG V30 also has a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 1,95 TB. The Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro counts with longer battery duration than LG V30, because it has a 4050mAh battery capacity.

Although Galaxy XCover Pro is a better device, it costs more money than LG V30, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG V30. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy XCover Pro, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the LG V30, resigning a couple specs and features.
