Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is slightly better than Galaxy Note9, having a global score of 88.5 against 87.1. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is a newer phone, and it is also just a little lighter and somewhat thinner than the Galaxy Note9. The Galaxy Note9 has just a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the display and a better resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels.
Samsung Galaxy Note9 features a bit bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip features a little bit better performance than Galaxy Note9, and although they both have 8 cores, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip also has more RAM.
The Galaxy Note9's camera is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip one, and although the Galaxy Note9 has a larger aperture to capture better photos and video in low-light situations, they both have the same video definition, the same 60 fps video frame rates, the same back-facing camera sensor size and a 12 MP resolution camera in the back.

If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy Galaxy Note9, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
