Comparison review
The Xperia 5 III has an overall score of 90.5, which is a bit better than Asus ROG Phone 5's general score of 84.7. The Xperia 5 III is a much lighter and much thinner phone than the Asus ROG Phone 5, even though they were released with only a couple of months difference. The Asus ROG Phone 5 features a CPU that's very similar to the Xperia 5 III one, they have a Octa-Core processor and the same RAM memory amount.
The Asus ROG Phone 5 features a slightly better screen than Xperia 5 III, because although it has a bit less pixels per inch of screen and a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2448, it also counts with a little larger screen. The Sony Xperia 5 III has a very superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than Asus ROG Phone 5, because it has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB and 128 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Asus ROG Phone 5 features a better camera than Xperia 5 III, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have a same size sensor, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also counts with a way more mega pixels camera in the back and a lot higher 7680x4320 video definition. The Asus ROG Phone 5 counts with superior battery lifetime than Xperia 5 III, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
