These devices have Android OS, but the Xperia 5 III has the older 11 version while Motorola DROID Turbo has Android 4.4.4 version. The Xperia 5 III body is incredibly newer, just a little lighter and way thinner than the Motorola DROID Turbo.

Xperia 5 III features a bit more powerful CPU than Motorola DROID Turbo, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a larger number of faster cores and 5 GB more RAM.
