Xperia 5 III has a global score of 90.5, which is much better than Motorola DROID Turbo's 77.9 global score. These devices have Android OS, but the Xperia 5 III has the older 11 version while Motorola DROID Turbo has Android 4.4.4 version. The Xperia 5 III body is incredibly newer, just a little lighter and way thinner than the Motorola DROID Turbo.
Xperia 5 III features a bit more powerful CPU than Motorola DROID Turbo, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a larger number of faster cores and 5 GB more RAM. Motorola DROID Turbo counts with a much better screen than Sony Xperia 5 III, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen and a quite better resolution of 2560 x 1440px.
