Comparison review
Sony Xperia 5 III is much better than the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, with a 90.5 score against 82.1. Even though the Sony Xperia 5 III is just a little bit thicker than the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, it's lighter and way newer. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Sony Xperia 5 III has the previous 11 version and Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has Android 9.0 Pie.
The Sony Xperia 5 III counts with a slightly better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a little greater screen density and a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2520. Xperia 5 III has a lot bigger storage to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because it has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB and 256 GB internal memory.
