Comparison review
Xperia 5 III is much better than the Xperia XZ2, getting a global score of 90.5 against 79.1. Xperia 5 III's construction is extremely newer, incredibly thinner and lighter than Xperia XZ2. Xperia 5 III counts with a bit faster CPU than Sony Xperia XZ2, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 5 III also has a greater amount of RAM.
Xperia XZ2 has a bit more vivid screen than Sony Xperia 5 III, although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2160, a just a little less pixels per inch of screen and a quite smaller screen. The Xperia 5 III has much more storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xperia XZ2, because it has 192 GB more internal storage and a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
Xperia 5 III captures just a bit better photos and videos than Xperia XZ2, because although it has a lower video quality and a much less megapixels back facing camera, it also counts with a way bigger sensor shooting much better quality photos and a larger aperture to capture better low-light photography.
Sony Xperia 5 III features a very superior battery life than Xperia XZ2, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 3180mAh.
