The Sony Xperia 5 III is much better than Sony Xperia XZ3, with a global score of 90.5 against 79.6. Sony Xperia 5 III is a noticeably newer phone, and it is also somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter than the Sony Xperia XZ3. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Sony Xperia 5 III has older 11 version while Sony Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
