The Xperia PRO-I is way better than the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, with a global score of 96.3 against 79.3. The Xperia PRO-I design is much newer than the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+'s, although it is thicker and much heavier. Both of these devices have Android OS, but the Xperia PRO-I has a newer 11 version and Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has Android 5.1 version.
The Xperia PRO-I features a better hardware performance than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a greater number of cores (and also faster) and a higher amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has a bit better screen than Sony Xperia PRO-I, although it has a little bit lower pixels density, a quite smaller screen and a lot worse resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
The Sony Xperia PRO-I has just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, although it has a way less mega-pixels camera, a worse 3840x2160 video quality, a tinier sensor capturing less light and duller colors and a tinier aperture which is not nice for taking photographs and/or video in poorly lited situations.
The Sony Xperia PRO-I features a much better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a SD card slot that admits up to 1 TB and 512 GB internal storage capacity. The Xperia PRO-I counts with a really longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh.
