Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is better than Xperia XA1, we must tell that it's also a much older, somewhat heavier and just a little thicker device. The Galaxy Note Edge features a little bit better processing power than Sony Xperia XA1, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), and they both have the same RAM amount, the Galaxy Note Edge also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.

Galaxy Note Edge has a lot better looking screen than Xperia XA1, because it has a little bit bigger display, a much better 2560 x 1440 resolution and way more pixels per inch in the display. Sony Xperia XA1 features a bit bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Sony Xperia XA1 also has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 256 GB.

The Galaxy Note Edge features superior battery performance than Sony Xperia XA1, because it has a 30 percent larger battery size. Galaxy Note Edge takes a little bit better videos and photos than Xperia XA1, because although it has a smaller sensor capturing lower quality videos and images, a smaller aperture and a way worse 16 mega pixels resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a much higher video definition.

Galaxy Note Edge costs more money than the Xperia XA1, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
