Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate is a little bit better than the Xperia XZ3, having a score of 81.2 against 79.6. Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate's body is noticeably newer, but just a little thicker and somewhat heavier than Xperia XZ3. Both phones in this review come with Android OS (Operating System), but Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has 13 version while Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
