Comparison review
Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a general score of 82.9, which is a bit better than Xperia XZ3's 79.6 score. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro construction is just a bit lighter and somewhat thinner than the Xperia XZ3, even though both of them were only released with a couple of months difference. Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with a little bit better display than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, although it has a little bit smaller display and a quite lower resolution of 1440 x 2880px, they both have a greater pixel count per display inch.
Sony Xperia XZ3 features a greater memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has improved battery performance than Xperia XZ3, because it has a 26 percent more battery size. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro shoots better photographs and videos than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also has a lot more mega-pixels back facing camera, a larger aperture to take better photography in poorly lited environments and a much bigger back-facing camera sensor.
In addition to being the best phone in our current comparison, Huawei Mate 20 Pro is also a bargain compared to the other phones.
