Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A31 has an overall score of 81.3, which is just a bit better than the Xperia XZ3's global score of 79.6. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy A31 has the older 10 version while Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Samsung Galaxy A31 body is newer, a bit lighter and somewhat thinner than Xperia XZ3.
Sony Xperia XZ3 features a better display than Galaxy A31, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels and a better count of pixels per inch in the screen. The Galaxy A31 has as much memory capacity to install games and applications as the Xperia XZ3 one, both have equal 64 GB internal memory and a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
The Sony Xperia XZ3 features a bit better processing power than Galaxy A31. Both have 8 processing cores and 4 GB of RAM memory. Galaxy A31 has a very superior battery lifetime than Xperia XZ3, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity. The Galaxy A31 captures clearer pictures and videos than Sony Xperia XZ3, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the same aperture and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy A31 also has a larger back camera sensor capturing better quality photos and videos and a much higher resolution back facing camera.
