Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a global score of 98.9, which is much better than Xperia XZ3's global score of 79.6. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has the previous 13 version while Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a newer and thinner phone than Xperia XZ3, although it is also a bit heavier.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a little faster CPU than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has 8 GB more RAM. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra costs a lot more than the Xperia XZ3, but you can get a much better phone for that few extra dollars.
