Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than the Xperia XZ3, having a 98 score against 79.6. Both of these phones use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has older 13 version and Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a newer and somewhat thinner cellphone than Xperia XZ3, although it is also heavier.
The Xperia XZ3 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a bit smaller display and a little lower resolution of 1440 x 2880px, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per display inch. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a much greater storage capacity to store more games and applications than Xperia XZ3, because it has 64 GB more internal storage and a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 1000 GB.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit better CPU than Sony Xperia XZ3, and although they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G shoots way better photographs and videos than Sony Xperia XZ3, because it has a larger back camera sensor capturing better quality videos and pictures, a way more MP back-facing camera, a lot better 7680x4320 video resolution and a bigger aperture.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G costs a lot more money than the Sony Xperia XZ3, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a better phone for that extra money.
