Comparison review
The Galaxy S25 has a score of 82.6, which is just a bit better than the Xperia XZ3's 79.6 score. Both phones in our current comparison include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S25 has the previous 14 version and Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie. Galaxy S25 is a lighter and a lot thinner cellphone than the Xperia XZ3.
Sony Xperia XZ3 features a way better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S25, although it has 4 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Galaxy S25 counts with a bit sharper screen than Sony Xperia XZ3, because although it has a way worse resolution of 1080 x 2340 and a bit inferior pixel number per inch of display, it also counts with a little larger display and way more screen brightness.
The Galaxy S25 counts with a way better camera than Sony Xperia XZ3, because it has a lot larger sensor providing a much higher image quality, a larger diafragm aperture for better low-light captures and video, a way better 7680x4320 video definition and a lot higher 50 mega pixels resolution camera in the back.
The Xperia XZ3 counts with a bigger memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy S25, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 512 GB. Samsung Galaxy S25 features greater battery life than Sony Xperia XZ3, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 is not only the best phones between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also the cheapest one.
