Galaxy Z Flip has a general score of 88.5, which is better than Sony Xperia XZ3's 79.6 overall score. The Galaxy Z Flip body is newer, incredibly thinner and just a little lighter than Sony Xperia XZ3. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Z Flip has an older 12 version while Sony Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip counts with a little bit better processing power than Sony Xperia XZ3, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip also has more RAM. The Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with a more vivid display than Galaxy Z Flip, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2880 pixels resolution and a higher display density.
Sony Xperia XZ3 captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy Z Flip, because although it has lower 30 frames per second video frame rate and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for taking pictures or video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same video quality, the Sony Xperia XZ3 also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing higher quality videos and pictures and a much more mega pixels camera in the back.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has more storage to store more apps and games than Sony Xperia XZ3, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Galaxy Z Flip and Sony Xperia XZ3 count with incredibly similar batteries performance, although the Galaxy Z Flip has 3300mAh of battery capacity.
The Galaxy Z Flip costs a lot more than Sony Xperia XZ3, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
