The LG V50 ThinQ has a general score of 83.7, which is slightly better than Xperia Z5 Premium's global score of 79.8. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the LG V50 ThinQ has a more recent 10 version and Xperia Z5 Premium has Android 5.1 version. The LG V50 ThinQ is a noticeably newer device than the Xperia Z5 Premium, but it's a little bit heavier and just a little bit thicker.
The LG V50 ThinQ features a bit better performance than Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, and they both have the same number of cores, the LG V50 ThinQ also counts with more RAM memory. The Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a much better display than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 3840 x 2160 and a greater pixel number in each inch in the display.
LG V50 ThinQ features a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has an external memory card slot that holds up to 1,95 TB and more internal storage capacity. LG V50 ThinQ has a little better battery life than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a 17% bigger battery size.
Xperia Z5 Premium takes a little bit better photographs and videos than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has slower 30 frames per second video frame rate and a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same video resolution, the Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a back facing camera with a way higher 23 mega pixels resolution.
