The Galaxy M31s is way better than TCL 20 5G, having a general score of 88 against 73.1. Both phones we compare here have Android operating system, but the Galaxy M31s has the newer 11 version while TCL 20 5G has Android 10 version, providing a couple nice extra features. Although the Galaxy M31s and the TCL 20 5G were released with only 4 months difference, the Galaxy M31s construction is just a bit thicker but also a little lighter.
Galaxy M31s has just a little better processing power than TCL 20 5G. Both of them have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores. The TCL 20 5G features a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy M31s, because although it has a just a bit lower pixels amount in each inch of screen, and they both have exactly the same 2400 x 1080 resolution, the TCL 20 5G also counts with a bit bigger display.
Galaxy M31s captures clearer photographs and videos than TCL 20 5G, and although they both have the same video frame rates, the same (4K) video quality and a F1.8 aperture, the Galaxy M31s also has a larger camera sensor providing a better image quality and a way more megapixels back-facing camera.
The Galaxy M31s has a little bit more storage capacity for applications and games than TCL 20 5G, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the Galaxy M31s also has a SD card slot that supports up to 512 GB. Galaxy M31s has superior battery life than TCL 20 5G, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 4500mAh.
