Sony Xperia XZ3 is a little bit better than TCL 20 5G, getting a general score of 79.6 against 73.1. The Sony Xperia XZ3 is a much older and just a little thicker cellphone than the TCL 20 5G, but Sony could make it a bit lighter anyway. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but Sony Xperia XZ3 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and TCL 20 5G has Android 10, so it provides you some extra features and a performance increase.
