Comparison review
The Huawei P40 is much better than the vivo X50 Pro, having an 86.4 score against 75.4. Even though the Huawei P40 and vivo X50 Pro were released only a couple months apart, Huawei P40's design is just a bit thicker but just a little bit lighter. Both of these phones come with the same Android 10 OS, so both of them should provide very similar operating system features.
The Huawei P40 has just a bit better display than vivo X50 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2340, it also counts with a little bit higher pixels quantity per inch in the screen. The vivo X50 Pro counts with a much better memory for applications and games than Huawei P40, because it has more internal storage.
The Huawei P40 features a bit faster processing unit than vivo X50 Pro, although it has 2 GB less RAM memory, they both have 8 cpu cores. The vivo X50 Pro has a bit superior battery duration than Huawei P40, because it has a 4315mAh battery capacity. Huawei P40 features just a bit better camera than vivo X50 Pro, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Huawei P40 also counts with a back facing camera with a better 50 mega-pixels resolution, higher video frame rates and a way larger camera sensor providing a lot better image quality.
