Sony Xperia XZ3 is a bit better than the vivo X70 Pro, getting a 79.6 score against 78.3. These phones have Android OS, but Sony Xperia XZ3 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and vivo X70 Pro has Android 11, so it gives you some nice extra features and a performance increase. Despite being the best in this comparison review, the Sony Xperia XZ3 is a way older, thicker and a little heavier device than vivo X70 Pro.

Sony Xperia XZ3 features a better display than vivo X70 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels and more pixels per inch of screen.
Vivo X70 Pro has a better camera than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the vivo X70 Pro also has a much bigger sensor which gives a much higher photo and video quality, a bigger aperture to take better captures in poorly lited environments, a back-facing camera with lot more megapixels and better 60 fps video frame rate.
Vivo X70 Pro has a quite bigger memory for games and applications than Xperia XZ3, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. Vivo X70 Pro has longer battery life than Xperia XZ3, because it has a 34 percent larger battery capacity.
