The Galaxy Premier is a bit better than vivo Xplay 3S, getting a global score of 64.2 against 59.5. Galaxy Premier's design is just a little thicker but incredibly lighter than the vivo Xplay 3S. Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Premier has the previous 4.1 version while vivo Xplay 3S has Android 4.3.
