The Samsung Galaxy S20 is a lot better than the Xiaomi 13, getting a score of 94.8 against 71.6. Samsung Galaxy S20's construction has the same thickness than Xiaomi 13, but it is somewhat lighter. Both of these phones include the same Android 13 OS, so you shouldn't notice any differences in that aspect.
