Comparison review
Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has a score of 86.6, which is just a bit better than Xperia 5's 81 global score. Although it's the best phone in our current comparison, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 is a notably thicker and noticeably heavier phone than the Xperia 5. Sony Xperia 5 features a bit better looking display than Xiaomi Black Shark 3, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a quite better amount of pixels per inch in the display and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2520px.
The Sony Xperia 5 features much more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Black Shark 3, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Sony Xperia 5 also has an external memory card slot that holds up to 512 GB. The Xperia 5's processor is just as good as the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 one, and although the Xperia 5 has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores.
Xiaomi Black Shark 3 counts with a superior battery performance than Xperia 5, because it has 4720mAh of battery capacity. The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 counts with a greater camera than Xperia 5, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for taking photographs or video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 also counts with a camera in the back with way more mega pixels, a way larger camera sensor capturing lot better quality videos and pictures and better video frame rate.
