The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has a global score of 88.3, which is better than the Huawei P20's 78.1 general score. Even though the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is way newer than the Huawei P20, it is way heavier and extremely thicker. Both phones in this comparison review have Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has older 11 version while Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 counts with a bit better performance than Huawei P20, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 also has a larger amount of RAM. The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has a much better looking display than Huawei P20, because although it has a bit worse pixels density, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a larger display.
Xiaomi Black Shark 4 and Huawei P20 count with very similar memory for games and applications, both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has better battery life than Huawei P20, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity. Xiaomi Black Shark 4 shoots much better photographs and videos than Huawei P20, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a F1.8 aperture, the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 also has a camera with much more mega-pixels, a bigger sensor taking higher quality photos and videos and better 60 frames per second video frame rate.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is a lot more expensive than the Huawei P20, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
