Comparison review
Galaxy A8 Star is a bit better than the Xiaomi Black Shark, with an 82.1 score against 80.4. Although Galaxy A8 Star and the Xiaomi Black Shark were released only 4 months apart, the Galaxy A8 Star design is thinner but just a little heavier than the Xiaomi Black Shark. Both of these phones have the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (operating system).
Xiaomi Black Shark features a bit superior CPU than Galaxy A8 Star, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark also has 2 GB more RAM memory. The Xiaomi Black Shark features just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels, it also counts with a little bit higher quantity of pixels per inch of display.
The Galaxy A8 Star has a bigger storage to install games and applications than Xiaomi Black Shark, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 400 GB.
