The Galaxy Note 3 is much better than Xiaomi Mi-3, having an 81.2 score against 71.6. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note 3 has the newer 5.0 version and Xiaomi Mi-3 has Android 4.4.2 version, counting with some extra features. The Galaxy Note 3 is a a bit thicker and somewhat heavier device than Xiaomi Mi-3.
The Galaxy Note 3 and Xiaomi Mi-3 count with extremely similar CPUs, and although the Galaxy Note 3 has 1 GB more RAM, they both have a 450 MHz graphics processor and 4 processing cores. Xiaomi Mi-3 features a bit better display than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1920 x 1080px, the Xiaomi Mi-3 also counts with a just a bit greater pixels density.

Galaxy Note 3 takes a bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi-3, and although they both have a same size aperture and a 13 mega pixels resolution camera, the Galaxy Note 3 also has a way better (4K) video resolution.
