Although Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Mi-3, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Mi-3. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, else you can save some dollars and get the Xiaomi Mi-3, letting go some specs and features.
