The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has a general score of 79.8, which is better than Xiaomi Mi-3's 71.6 global score. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium's body is a little thinner but heavier than Xiaomi Mi-3. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has 5.1 version while Xiaomi Mi-3 has Android 4.4.2, so it provides you lots of additional features and some performance improvements.
