Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a general score of 76.6, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 5's global score of 73.7. Xiaomi Mi 5 counts with a bit superior processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has less CPU cores , and they both have a 3 GB RAM, the Xiaomi Mi 5 also counts with an additional graphics processing unit.
The Xiaomi Mi 5 has a brighter display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixel density and a better 2560 x 1440 resolution. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a very superior memory to install applications and games than Xiaomi Mi 5, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with a superior battery life than Xiaomi Mi 5, because it has a 39 percent bigger battery size.
