Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has a general score of 77.8, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi 5s's 76.4 global score. The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) design is newer than the Xiaomi Mi 5s's, although it's notably heavier and thicker. Both devices in this review come with Android operating system, but Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has the previous 11 version and Xiaomi Mi 5s has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) counts with a little better processing power than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a larger amount of RAM and a higher number of cores (and faster). Xiaomi Mi 5s counts with a little sharper display than Asus ZenFone 6 (2019), because although it has a little smaller display and a little lower resolution of 1080 x 1920px, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch of display.
The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) features a superior memory capacity for applications and games than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) captures much better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have the same video quality, the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) also has a bigger sensor capturing better quality videos and photos, a lot better 48 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back, better video frame rates and a bigger aperture to capture better low light photos and videos.
Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has a very superior battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a 56% bigger battery size.
Although Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Mi 5s, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Mi 5s. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy Xiaomi Mi 5s, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your money.
