The Galaxy A7 (2018) is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi 9, having an 84.2 score against 83.2. The Galaxy A7 (2018) is a just a little lighter cellphone than Xiaomi Mi 9, but they have the same thickness. The Xiaomi Mi 9 counts with a bit superior processor than Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018). They have a 6 GB RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 counts with a bit sharper display than Galaxy A7 (2018), because although it has a little bit lower display density, it also counts with a little bit bigger display and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2340. The Galaxy A7 (2018) has much more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 9, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Galaxy A7 (2018) also has an external SD slot that allows up to 512 GB.
The Galaxy A7 (2018) features a battery duration that's very similar to Xiaomi Mi 9's battery duration. Xiaomi Mi 9 shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018), because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low-light photography and video, it also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, a much larger camera sensor shooting lot higher quality photos and a back-facing camera with a way better 48 MP resolution.
