Xiaomi Mi A3 has a global score of 79.2, which is just a bit better than vivo X60 Pro's 78.8 general score. Both of these phones include the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any differences in that aspect. Xiaomi Mi A3 is an older and just a little thicker cellphone than vivo X60 Pro, but Xiaomi was able to make it just a little bit lighter anyway.
