The Samsung Galaxy M30s is much better than the Xiaomi Mi Note 3, getting an 83.3 score against 75.3. Samsung Galaxy M30s's design is way newer, but somewhat heavier and thicker than the Xiaomi Mi Note 3. Both devices in this review have Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy M30s has an older 11 version while Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
Xiaomi Mi Note 3 counts with a little bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy M30s, although it has a little bit worse pixel amount per display inch, a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a bit smaller screen. Galaxy M30s has a quite bigger storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
Galaxy M30s's processor is very similar to Xiaomi Mi Note 3's processor, and although the Galaxy M30s has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores. The Samsung Galaxy M30s features a really longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity. Galaxy M30s captures better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for low light captures, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Galaxy M30s also counts with a back facing camera with a lot better resolution.
