Comparison review
The Xperia XZ1 is a bit better than the Xiaomi Poco M3, getting a 78.3 score against 78.2. The Xperia XZ1 construction is notably lighter and a lot thinner than the Xiaomi Poco M3, even though it was released 3 years before. The Xperia XZ1 features a bit faster processing unit than Xiaomi Poco M3. They have 8 cpu cores and 4 GB of RAM memory.
Xperia XZ1 has a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has a much smaller display and a bit worse 1080 x 1920 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit better amount of pixels per inch of screen. Xperia XZ1 features a way bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Poco M3, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Xperia XZ1 also has an external memory slot that holds up to 1,95 TB.
Xiaomi Poco M3 features a much better battery life than Xperia XZ1, because it has a 122 percent greater battery capacity. Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with just a bit better camera than Xperia XZ1, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also has a back-facing camera with a lot better resolution, a larger aperture and a larger sensor which provides a higher image and video quality.
Although Sony Xperia XZ1 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Poco M3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Poco M3. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get Xiaomi Poco M3, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your money.
