Although LG V30 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy LG V30, else you can save some dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, giving up some specs and features.
