Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, having an 81.7 score against 71.8. Both phones in this comparison have Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has the previous 5.0 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a just a little bit heavier phone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, but they are equally thin.
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a way better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, because it has a better pixels density, a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a quite bigger display. The Galaxy Note Edge features a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), and they both have a 3 GB RAM memory, the Galaxy Note Edge also counts with an additional graphics processor.
The Galaxy Note Edge counts with as much storage to install games and applications as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, both have the same internal storage and a SD card slot that allows up to 128 GB. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge takes a bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for capturing photos and videos in poorly lited environments, it also counts with a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a back facing camera with a higher resolution.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X has a superior battery performance than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has 4100mAh of battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, giving up some features and specifications.
