Comparison review
The Sony Xperia XZ2 has a score of 79.1, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro's score of 75.8. Although it's the best in this comparison, Sony Xperia XZ2 is an a bit heavier and incredibly thicker device than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. Sony Xperia XZ2 has a slightly better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2160, the Sony Xperia XZ2 also counts with a little more pixels per inch in the display.
Sony Xperia XZ2 features a bit better processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Xperia XZ2 captures much better videos and photos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a bigger diafragm aperture, a much better (4K) video quality and a lot more MP camera.
The Xperia XZ2 counts with a bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Xperia XZ2 also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 400 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro features superior battery duration than Xperia XZ2, because it has a 26% more battery capacity.
