Comparison review
The Galaxy Note Edge is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, getting an 81.7 score against 74.4. These phones use Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note Edge has an older 5.0 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has Android 7.1 Nougat version. Galaxy Note Edge's body is just a little bit lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, although it's just a bit thicker and was released many years before.
Galaxy Note Edge has a lot better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a higher pixel number per inch in the screen. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 features a much bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 also has 64 GB internal storage.
Galaxy Note Edge has a bit more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because although it has less cores (although faster) and 1 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics co-processor. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
Galaxy Note Edge counts with a much better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Galaxy Note Edge also has a way higher 16 mega-pixels resolution back camera and a way better 3840x2160 video resolution.
