Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, with an 84.2 score against 80.3. Even though Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is notably newer than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, it is somewhat heavier and a little bit thicker. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because although it has a just a little lower display density, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a bit bigger display.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has a really superior performance than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has less RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores.
