Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note9 is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, getting an 87.1 score against 80.3. Despite being the best device in our current comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 is a just a little bit thicker and a little bit heavier device than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 features a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because it has a quite larger screen, a better 1440 x 2960 resolution and a better screen density.
Galaxy Note9 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note9 also has 2 GB more RAM memory. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 captures much better pictures and videos than Galaxy Note9, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 also counts with a much bigger back camera sensor capturing way higher quality videos and pictures, faster 120 fps video frame rate and a way more mega pixels camera in the back.
Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with a slightly better memory to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with a battery life that is very similar to the battery duration in Xiaomi Redmi Note 7.
