Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S4, having a score of 79 against 78.2. Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is incredibly newer than Samsung Galaxy S4, it is a lot heavier and thicker. Both phones in this comparison come with Android OS, but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has the previous 11 version and Samsung Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4.2 version.
The Galaxy S4 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S have similar CPUs, because although the Galaxy S4 has 4 lesser cpu cores and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with an extra GPU. The Samsung Galaxy S4 counts with a better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a way smaller display, it also counts with a quite greater number of pixels per inch of screen.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a lot bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a SD memory slot that admits up to 512 GB and 64 GB internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S takes much better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a lot higher (4K) video definition, a larger camera aperture to take better low light photography and video, a way larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a much better 48 MP resolution back camera.

If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S4, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
