Xperia XZ3 has a global score of 79.6, which is a bit better than ZTE Axon 20's global score of 77.8. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia XZ3 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while ZTE Axon 20 has Android 10 version. Even though Xperia XZ3 is a lot older and extremely thicker than the ZTE Axon 20, it's construction is still a little bit lighter.
Xperia XZ3 features a bit superior processor than ZTE Axon 20, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Sony Xperia XZ3 has a sharper screen than ZTE Axon 20, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2880 resolution and more pixels per screen inch.
The ZTE Axon 20 counts with a better camera than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have the same video resolution, the ZTE Axon 20 also has a way bigger back camera sensor, better video frame rates, a larger aperture and a camera in the back with a much better resolution. Xperia XZ3 counts with a greater storage capacity to store more apps and games than ZTE Axon 20, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
ZTE Axon 20 has greater battery performance than Xperia XZ3, because it has a 4220mAh battery size against 3330mAh.
Although Xperia XZ3 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the ZTE Axon 20, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the ZTE Axon 20. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy ZTE Axon 20, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your money.
