Celkon AR 50 Review

Celkon AR 50 is a mid-to-low level cellphone, equipped with a comfortable 5" display, a powerful 1.2 gigahertz Dual-Core processing unit and a 5 mega-pixels back camera.

Celkon made this deviceavailable just in color white. This cellphone is much lighter than what you expect from a phone of this size. This phone is just 5.68" long and 2.89" wide, but it still manages to hold a 5" display. Being just 0.39" thick,this phone is very slim and comfortable.

Celkon decided to build the Celkon AR 50 using a great performance 1.2 gigahertz Dual-Core processing unit with 512 MB of RAM. This device has a 4 GB internal storage, an average quantity that should be fine for the average user considering the Celkon AR 50 also has an SD memory card expansion slot .

This phone has only a 5 megapixels back side camera.

The Celkon AR 50 has a nice 960 x 540 5" display, which makes it hard to see the pixels that compose the display. This display uses TFT capacitive technology, and can detect multi touch gestures.

The Celkon AR 50 features WiFi connectivity (which it can provide to other devices acting as a router) and 3G connectivity, using UMTS and EDGE technologies. This cellphone has dual sim so it is able to use 2 different phone lines or carriers in the same cellphone.

This phone has a medium 2000 mAh Li-Ion removable battery providing this cellphone with a quite short battery life.

This cellphone also comes with a couple cool features as Bluetooth (3.0) and FM Radio, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

Celkon sells the Celkon AR 50 for $ 155, which is not a good offer for comparing with other similar devices.
