Cricket CAPTR Review

Score: 27.9 / 100

Cricket CAPTR is a low level device launched back in 2009, with a 0.3 megapixels back camera and a little 1.8 inches screen.

Apparently Cricket forgot about weight optimization in this 2.82 ounces device. This device is 3.54 inches long, but it is only able to pack a much smaller 1.8 inches screen. The Cricket CAPTR is a bit thick for today's standards, with a thickness of 0.74 inches.

Cricket designed this cellphone with a low quality 1.8" screen, and a resolution of 160 x 128 , making everything look worse than it really is.

The Cricket CAPTR only features a 0.3 MP back side camera.

This phone has a poor capacity 920 mAh Li-Ion replaceable battery that can keep it running for many hours, although you will need to charge it after some moderate use. This cellphone has an estimated talk time of 5 hours and a stand by time of 250 hs.

This cellphone doesn't use a SIM card, because it doesn't work with GSM connections and it works with CDMA carriers.

This cellphone is priced 40 dollars, which is a high price for a phone this level.
