HP Slate 6 VoiceTab II is a not so powerful cellphone, including a powerful Quad-Core processing unit running at 1.2 GHz, an enormous 6" display, and 2 cameras, an 8 megapixels back-facing camera and a 2 megapixels front-facing camera.
HP decided to build this cellphone with a fast Quad-Core processor ticking at 1.2 gigahertz, bundled in a Marvell PXA1088 chip with 1 GB RAM memory. A nice advantage of this phone is its 16 GB quite big internal storage and an external memory card slot, which allows the user to install a couple hundred games and applications without any problem.
This cellphone is just 0.35 inches thick, making it one of the thinnest cellphones you can find. This cellphone is only 6.5 inches long and 3.28" wide, but it's able to fit a a 6 inches display. HP did an excellent optimization job making this device as lightweight as 5.64 oz. The HP Slate 6 VoiceTab II is only available in gray color.
This phone features two cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back camera and a 2 MP front-facing camera. To complete the camera, it also counts with a couple of useful characteristics: auto-focus, flash, face detection shooting and geo tagging.
The HP Slate 6 VoiceTab II includes a very good 6-inches screen with a 1280 x 720 (HD) resolution, making everything look colorful and brightful. Its screen uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and has multi-touch detection.
This phone counts with a 3000 mAh great Li-Polymer removable battery that can keep this device running for several hours and even reach the end of the day without having to charge it at all.
The HP Slate 6 VoiceTab II provides WiFi connectivity (but it can't be provided to other devices around, acting as a modem or router) and the fastest 3G data connection, using HSPA, HSUPA and EDGE technologies. This phone supports dual SIM cards so it's able to use 2 different phone numbers or carriers in the same cellphone.
This device also features a few useful characteristics like Bluetooth (3.0, EDR) and GPS Localization, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.
This cellphone is priced around 249 dollars, not a good offer for comparing with similar cellphones. If you buy this phone you also receive Quick Start Guide, charger, headset and micro USB cable.
