HTC Desire II Review

HTC Desire II is a decent quality cellphone, packing a 3.7-inches display, a great performance CPU running at 1000 MHz, and 2 cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back camera and a 0.3 megapixels front-facing camera.

This phone comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon S2 MSM8255 system chip, packing a great performance 1 gigahertz processing unit with 768 MB of RAM. Graphic calculations generally uses a lot of CPU time, so this cellphone has an additional 245 megahertz Adreno 205 graphics processing unit to help with that calculations. This cellphone comes with a small 1 GB internal memory, which might be enough for basic users considering that this cellphone also has an external memory card slot to store songs, pictures and videos.

Although this phone is only 0 inches long, it's able to fit a a 3.7 inches display.

This phone has two cameras, a 5 megapixels back camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front facing camera. It is capable of shooting videos in 1280x720 (HD). In addition, the camera features auto-focus and flash.

HTC packed the HTC Desire II with a good level 3.7 inches display, and a resolution of 800 x 480 , making everything look vivid. Its display uses S-LCD capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch gestures.

This phone provides WiFi capability (but it can't be shared with other devices around, acting as a mobile hotspot) and 3G connection type, using EV-DO A technologies. This cellphone doesn't use a sim card, because it doesn't work with GSM services and it works in CDMA networks.

This phone also includes a couple of interesting characteristics as Bluetooth (provides communication with other bluetooth cellphones, computers and accessories), GPS and FM Radio, and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

HTC sells this cellphone for 199 dollars, which is very expensive for this type of phone.
