HTC Titan is an interesting cellphone released in 2011, packing a medium sized 4.7 inches touch-screen, a powerful 1500 megahertz CPU, and 2 cameras, an 8 MP back side camera and a 1.3 MP front facing camera.
HTC ships this cellphone with a powerful 1500 MHz processor, packed into the Qualcomm Snapdragon S2 MSM8255 system chip and 512 MB RAM. This phone comes with a 16 GB interesting internal storage and although it doesn't include an external memory slot, it is enough to install a couple hundred apps, but it might not be enough if you are fan of the largest games available nowadays or taking tons of photos and videos.
HTC appears to have forgotten about weight optimization in this 5.64 oz phone. This phone is a very compact cellphone, taking into account that it has a 4.7 inches screen and it has just 5.18 inches long. This cellphone is just 0.39" thick, making it one of the thinnest phones on sale.
This cellphone is equipped with two cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back-facing camera and a 1.3 megapixels front side camera. It also captures videos in HD 1280x720 at 30 fps. In addition, the camera includes flash.
This phone is equipped with an average 800 x 480 4.7 inches display, which makes all pictures and videos look nice. Its display uses S-LCD capacitive technology, and is multi-touch enabled.
The HTC Titan comes with a 1600 mAh medium capacity Li-Ion removable battery that can keep it running for some hours, but you may need to charge it if you use it heavily. HTC informs a 11.8 hs talk time and a 360 hs stand by time for this device.
This device offers wifi connection (which can be shared with other devices as a mobile hotspot) and the fastest 3G connectivity, supported by HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This cellphone works with a SIM card to connect to GSM networks.
This device also features a couple of nice features like Bluetooth (provides communication with other phones and accessories) and GPS Geolocation, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.
This cellphone is not a very good choice considering it is offerred for $ 349, while some similar cellphones are a lot cheaper than that. No matter if you will use it mainly for social networks or will use this phone to play lots of games, you will definitely be very happy with this phone.
