Huawei Ascend G630 Review

Huawei Ascend G630 is a nice phone, featuring a high performance Quad-Core processor speeding at 1.2 GHz, a pretty large 5" multi-touch capacitive screen, and 2 cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back camera and a 1 MP front side camera.

This device is just 5.63" long and 2.82 inches wide, but it still manages to hold a 5 inches display. This phone is extremely thin and good-looking, being just 0.32 inches thick. The Huawei Ascend G630 feels a bit heavy for a phone this size, weighting 5.64 ounces. Huawei made this cellphoneavailable just in 2 color options, black and white.

Huawei packed the Huawei Ascend G630 with a nice 5-inches screen, and a resolution of 1280 x 720 (HD), which makes everything look great.

Huawei equipped the Huawei Ascend G630 with an extremely fast Quad-Core processing unit speeding at 1.2 gigahertz, bundled in a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 8212 chip and only 1 GB of RAM memory which is a bit disappointing considering the Huawei Ascend G630's impressive processor. To help with graphic calculations, it also counts with an Adreno 302 GPU clocking at 400 MHz. This device counts with a 4 GB internal storage, a decent amount that should be adequate for the average user having that it also has an external memory card slot to store photographs and videos and even some apps that can be installed in the external memory.

The Huawei Ascend G630 features two cameras, an 8 megapixels back facing camera and a 1 MP front facing camera. This camera also has a couple of nice features: flash, fast burst mode, geo tagging and HDR mode.

This device includes wi-fi connection (but it can't be provided to other devices acting as a modem or router) and 3G fast internet connection, using HSPA, HSUPA and EDGE technologies. This device uses a SIM card for GSM connection.

This cellphone has a mid capacity 2000 mAh non-removable battery providing this cellphone with a not very long battery duration. A possible problem to take into consideration is that this cellphone's battery isn't removable so you can't buy a new battery when it starts to lose its charge, making it necessary to replace the whole phone.

This cellphone also includes some interesting features as Bluetooth (for communication with other phones, computers and accessories) and GPS Localization, and a couple sensors likeLight Sensor, Proximity Sensor and Accelerometer.

The Huawei Ascend G630 is being sold for about $ 229, a high price for comparing with other similar phones. It doesn't matter whether you want it to play lots of games or will use it as a social phone, this phone is a great option for you.
